This is a terrific in-water workout led by cheerful, energetic aqua fitness instructors to upbeat music. These 45 minute classes are a great way to get in shape, tone up, and enjoy oneself in a social setting! These classes are also a great way for those who have arthritis, joint replacements, recent muscle injuries, etc., to remain active and rebuild strength and flexibility without causing further injury to themselves. An aqua fitness class incorporating and specifically concentrating on brain fitness will be offered on Tuesdays at 11 am. The focus of this program will be to stimulate and enhance audio, visual and cognitive processes while also building strength, flexibility and balance.
We offer the opportunity for some in-water exercise to help those who have recently injured themselves or had recent surgery to continue to move forward on their road to recovery. Exercise in the warm water, in collaboration with other professional medical attention, is a great way to rebuild strength and flexibility without causing further injury.
