National Lifeguard Service

The National Lifeguard Service Award is the National Standard for Life-guarding. We invite you to come train, learn, and practice those standards
during 40 hour course.
This program is designed to challenge candidates with physical fitness
requirements, first aid knowledge, and an understanding of the legal
implications and roles and responsibilities of Life-guarding.

Prerequisites:
16 years of age, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid with CPR by Lifesaving
Society, Red Cross, St. John’s Ambulance, or Canadian Ski Patrol
